Detailed Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Infrastructure Specialist – System Administration
professional with strong technical expertise in managing and supporting
Java/Linux environments
. The candidate should possess solid foundational knowledge in
Linux administration, networking concepts
, and
incident management
while collaborating effectively across teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Java/Linux environments (3–6 years' experience based on band).
  • Apply Linux fundamentals including file systems, permissions, process management, and networking.
  • Perform triage response, follow runbooks, and manage escalation procedures.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of network concepts such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
  • Lead and participate in triage reviews, driving postmortems and learning from failures.
  • Work closely with development and operations teams for continuous system improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as Dynatrace, XL Release, Ansible, and BladeLogic for monitoring and automation.
  • Contribute to vulnerability scanning and patching processes as needed.
