Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Construction Manager, located in Guwahati. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for -

  • overseeing construction project,
  • ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards,
  • managing project plans,
  • controlling budgets,
  • coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction activities,
  • monitoring project progress, implementing safety protocols,
  • assisting in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in overseeing construction teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Budgeting for construction projects
  • Understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
  • Proficiency in Construction and Project Control practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
