Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, conducting market research, and providing end-to-end investment guidance. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of market research and investment guidance practices
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Proven track record in real estate sales or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • RERA certification is a plus
