About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at I-BACUS-TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong client relationships to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of working closely with the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Pitch and present company services to prospective clients (in-person/virtual)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing creatives (designing skills – added advantage)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle leads, follow-up, and close deals
  • Goal-oriented mindset with good client handling ability
  • Designing skills (e.g., Canva) – preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
