Role Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business

Development Associates at our Hyderabad office. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh

graduates who are passionate about sales, growth, and making a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate potential client leads through

various channels including calls, digital platforms, and referrals.

● Client Interaction: Initiate conversations, understand client needs, and clearly

communicate RapidSkill's value proposition.

● Sales Closures: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals,

ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to

encourage repeat business and referrals.

● Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using

CRM tools.

● Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

and support.

Probation Period:

● Duration: 3 Months (In-Office)

● Stipend During Probation: ₹15,000 per month

Performance will be evaluated based on:

○ Number of qualified leads generated

○ Sales conversions and closures

○ Adherence to targets, reporting, and communication standards

Compensation:

● Total CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum

○ ₹3,00,000 Fixed

○ ₹3,00,000 Variable (Performance-Based)

● Additional incentives and career growth opportunities available based on consistent

performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● A self-starter with a target-driven mindset

● Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office

● Immediate joiners preferred
