  • Key responsible for maintaining critical equipment like DG & VT across all store formats in PAN India.
  • Licensing with cross-functionals like Procurement and contracts(P&C), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and leadership teams for working on business requirements. 
  • Responsible for maintaining DG sets ranging from 30 to 2000 KVA of different makes.
  • Expertise in all aspects of vertical Transmission systems like Elevators, Escalators, Travellators, Hydraulic Goods lifts.
  • As a subject matter expert responsible for the supply installation, operation service & and maintenance of Elevators, Escalators, and Travellators including passenger elevators, Service elevators, and Hydraulic Goods lifts ranging from 1 ton to 2.5 Tons.
  • Complete knowledge on P2P cycle.
  • Overall responsible for timely issuing of CAMC/AMC post warranty and renewal cases for all the units present across different 50+Malls and retail stores located across PAN India.
  • Overall responsible for 99% of the uptime availability for the utmost customer shopping experience.
  • Identifying non-performing equipment due to serviceability and proposing business with modernization of the equipment.
  • Overall responsible for implementing contractual terms, SLAs, timely PM activities of equipment, at different functional locations, validating FSR, JMS, invoices processing, and timely release of payments to OEMs and service providers.
  • Experienced in all aspects of generator theory, operations, and maintenance of the complete generator system and have a working knowledge of electrical distribution and general mechanical systems.
  • Expertise in reviewing the OEM proposed BOQ, and SDR, analyzing data, Root cause analysis, and preparing action plans and corrective measures.
  • Expertise in monitoring Scheduled maintenance/PM, breakdown activities., diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Electrical equipment, generators, and all associated fuel and support systems.
  • Expertise in preparing CAPEX and OPEX budgets preparation for acquiring business approvals, Project Control, and contracts.
  • Expertise in SAP Material Management (MM) & and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
  • Expertise in the technical evolution of the Service vendors, OEM, and validating performed activities in preparing vendor performance matrix.
  • On-site lead for root cause analysis activities in the area of expertise, recommending precautionary measures.
  • Key responsible for finalizing CAMC/AMC terms for critical equipment, implementing the contractual terms at different functional locations, validating FSR, JMS, invoices processing, and timely release of payments to OEMs and service providers.
  • Analyze data, develop metrics, and identify trends related to equipment reliability enhancing the lifecycle of the equipment which contributes to Critical equipment maintenance and repair strategy.
