About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Demand Generation Team at our Gurgaon office.
This is a purely outbound role focused on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities across international markets, primarily the US, UK, and EU regions.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal English communication, a smart, problem-solving mindset, and the drive to succeed in a high-performance sales environment. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings that enable our Sales Managers to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.
 - Conduct cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to initiate conversations and generate qualified meetings.
 - Personalize messaging to suit specific industries, roles, and pain points.
 - Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meet quotas.
 
Pipeline & Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Demand Gen to understand key markets, client needs, and qualification criteria.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and conversations in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho).
Collaborate with the Marketing and Demand Generation teams to refine campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies.
Share real-time feedback and insights from prospects to help improve sales effectiveness.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer priorities.
Stay updated on AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and related technology trends relevant to our services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in outbound lead generation / SDR / business development roles, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation domains.
Proven success in prospecting and generating qualified leads for international markets (US/UK/EU).
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong ability to craft professional, engaging, and persuasive outreach messages.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, SalesLoft, LISN, Zapier, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Industry & Domain Knowledge
