We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, Receptionist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using hospital systems
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance and personal details
  • Process patient check-in and check-out procedures accurate
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments or co-pays
  • Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient flow is efficient
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
