Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads and SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and technical SEO.

Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct audience research and build highly targeted ad sets.
  • Monitor ad performance daily and adjust campaigns for optimal ROI.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content for search engines.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
  • Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and SEO.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Meta Blueprint and/or Google SEO.
  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles.
  • Background in content marketing or copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
