General Manager Plant HR

Candidate will be based at plant location in Lote Site / Mahad as a General Manager Plant HR & Admin and will be responsible for Following;-
1) Candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR operation at plant level for a main site plant at Lote where they have 900 + employee including contact labors.
2) Candidate will be responsible will for Recruitment, induction, on boarding, Performance appraisal, Training and development coordination, Employee Engagement, implementing it in HR etc.
3) Candidate will be responsible for Employee Relations and industrial relations and dealing in union and ensure smooth working at plant level all the time.
4) Candidate will also dealing with government authorities and local agencies and also handling complete plant administration including housekeeping / Security / guardian / safety at men all material.
5) Candidate will be responsible for participating in all international audits.
Required Candidate profile
Any graduate / MBA-HR having 15 to 20 yrs. experience working at plant level preferably in bulk drug and API Company.
Candidate should be working as Sr. Manager or AGM Heading HR at plant level.
Candidate should have good experience in for Recruitment, induction, on boarding, Performance appraisal, Training and development coordination, Employee Engagement, implementing it in HR etc.
He should be have good experience in handling complete plant HR admin for Employee Relations and industrial relations and dealing in union and ensure smooth working at plant level all the time.
He should be good in handling plant internal audit.
