Should able to carry out **(Independently)** the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment i.e. various types of pumps, Various types of gearboxes, air compressors, cooling towers, nitrogen plant, chilled brine unit ,chilled water units, ammonia compressors, mechanical seal, alignment of equipment, erection and commissioning of new equipments & General mechanical maintenance.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
