Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure solutions on the
    ServiceNow platform
    across ITSM, CSM, and other core modules
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Service Portal
    and
    UIB/Workspace customization
  • Work on day-to-day support issues, enhancements, and incident resolutions
  • Participate in
    ServiceNow version upgrades
    , patching, and platform maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Write and maintain clear, efficient, and reusable
    JavaScript code
    within the ServiceNow framework
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the developed solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years
    of experience in
    ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong expertise in
    Service Portal
    ,
    Agent Workspace
    ,
    ITSM
    , and
    CSM
    modules
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript
    , Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience in handling
    support tickets
    , root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Exposure to
    ServiceNow upgrades
    and version migration activities
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models
  • Should have hands on experience in integrating servicenow Instance with any other system
  • Having GenAI/AI Agent experience is added advantage
