Role & responsibilities

To build and lead Spin-Dhamakas social presence and community ecosystem in India, driving engagement, trust, and brand advocacy even before the product launch, and then scale community-driven acquisition and retention post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

    Develop content calendar covering gaming industry trends, cricket tie-ins, entertainment insights, and responsible play.

    Manage presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts & Twitter Tier 2/3 penetration in mind.

    Run interactive campaigns (polls, quizzes, reels, memes, fan shoutouts).
  2. Community Building & Engagement

    Build and moderate Telegram & WhatsApp groups to drive pre-launch buzz and nurture early adopters.

    Identify and onboard regional micro-influencers (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & other vernacular language creators).

    Create super fan programs to reward high-engagement users.
  3. Brand Positioning & Compliance

    Integrate entertainment messages in all campaigns.

    Work with marketing to align surrogate branding (e.g., Play, Celebrate).
  4. Analytics & Reporting

    Track daily KPIs: follower growth, engagement rates, opt-ins, CTRs from social landing.

    Provide insights on campaign performance and community feedback.
  5. Collaboration

    Work closely with performance marketing, design, and affiliate teams to align campaigns.

    Partner with external agencies for creative content and campaign amplification.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 4–6 years in social media management, community building, or influencer marketing. Gaming, fantasy sports, or youth-centric consumer brand experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    Strong understanding of Indian Tier 2/3 digital culture (vernacular content, cricket fandom, festival marketing).

    Hands-on with Instagram Reels, Telegram groups, WhatsApp broadcasts, influencer partnerships.

    Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • Mindset:

    Creative + data-driven.

    Strong bias for execution.

    Passionate about gaming/entertainment.

    Ability to balance aggressive engagement with responsible positioning.
