Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, draft accurate job descriptions, source top talent, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Draft, update, and finalize job descriptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms including job boards, social media, and company website.
  • Source candidates using various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer letters, handle negotiations, and assist in pre-joining formalities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives including campus hiring, walk-ins, and job fairs.

  • Provide regular hiring updates and reports to HR leadership and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 38 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
