: Order Execution Manager

Overview
:

The person is responsible for ensuring the on time execution production process. This includes managing people, processes, and delivery. He will leading the Quality , Production store and dispatch function with the support of functional lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize the execution plan to improve process efficiency
  • Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, providing training and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including task allocation, resource management, inventory, and logistics.
  • Monitor, analyse and plan the actions to improve Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery and safety KPIs.
  • Identify and mitigate risk for order execution with the support of Order Management Leader.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering the product on time with global std quality
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts within teams.

Qualification/ Experience

  • B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience of 10-15 Yrs in a low volume / high variety manufacturing company.
  • Exposure of handling the production, quality, store and dispatch teams as a leader.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to adapt and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
