Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Destination Expert located in Gurugram. The International Destination Expert will be responsible for curating travel itineraries, managing client communications, booking travel services, providing destination insights, and liaising with travel service providers. Additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel trends, resolving client issues, offering expert travel advice, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel products.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and ability to curate travel itineraries
  • Excellent client communication skills and experience in managing client relations
  • Proficiency in booking travel services and familiarity with booking technology
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues effectively
  • Team collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
