Job Description:

Sutherland is hiring for a Tech Sales Executive for its GoDaddy Process Pilot Batch. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and sales skills who are passionate about helping customers grow their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist GoDaddy customers with domain, hosting, and website solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable GoDaddy products and services.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Tech Sales, BPO Sales, or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
