As Principal Architect, you will be predominantly involved in developing and automating business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You will be a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the architecture of enterprise-grade software systems using Java and related technologies.
• Lead system design efforts for complex, distributed applications ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Spearhead architectural strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive system design.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, DevOps, agile methodologies, and system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and technical risks effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Lead innovation initiatives and contribute to strategic technology planning and enterprise transformation.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA or equivalent (Minimum 16 years of formal education).
• 13+ years of experience in full-stack Java development and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience as a Principal Architect or similar leadership role in large-scale product engineering.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, and system design.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies: ReactJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Maven, Git, SonarQube.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or similar.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including model integration into enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Groovy/Spock for testing.
• Exposure to security tools, static analysis, and profiling tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
