In this role, you will be involved in developing and automating business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications.

  • You will define and drive the architecture of enterprise-grade software systems using Java and related technologies.
  • Lead system design efforts for complex, distributed applications ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Spearhead architectural strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack Java development and enterprise architecture. They should have expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, and system design. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
  • 13+ years of experience in full-stack Java development and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience as a Principal Architect or similar leadership role in large-scale product engineering.
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies: ReactJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and performance optimization techniques.
