Job Description:Infosys BPM focuses on integrated end to end outsourcing and delivers transformational benefits to its clients through reduced costs ongoing productivity improvements and process reengineeringToday s operational landscape is quite complex and business processes are critical in achieving the company s goals and any inefficiencies in processes will lead to lesser agility and make companies lose their competitive edge in the marketWe at Infosys BPM Quality team work closely with delivery and client stakeholders and use various continuous improvement levers to build a strong process improvement culture in client engagement which helps processes to achieve higher efficiency effectiveness thus leading to superior customer experience for our clientsKey Responsibilities:Purpose Essence of the roleBuild process improvement culture in client processes and use various Continuous Improvement levers along with domain knowledge to identify process improvement opportunities to achieve higher efficiency effectiveness and experience for our customersRole requires a strong understanding of Improvement methodology like Six Sigma LEAN with good awareness about RPA Digital technologiesKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify improvement opportunities in Client processesaIdentify the opportunity areas in client processes resulting in Business value deliverybAnalyze the requirements by demonstrating strong Domain knowledge understanding of client business scenario understanding constraints in implementation solutions and technology in Digital spacecIdentify opportunities to implement RPA Tactical automation solution in F A DomainDrive Top down opportunity identification workshops and bottom up ideation initiatives for creation of high impact pipeline of process improvement opportunities Process operations business data analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesValidation of opportunities and conversion in to the projectsMentor projects Mentor Lead Process Improvement projects using methodologies like Six Signa Yellow Belt Green Belt Black Belt Lean and Design thinking etcto implement process improvement through structured approachConduct toll gates review and guide project leaders for appropriate storyboard creation and update in the project management tool of PI projectsGovern the process of validation and sign off of the project closures in the project management portalClient Management Participate in client interactions to present the process improvement case studiesEstablish Governance with the client for project opportunity identification workshops project validations and sign offsBuild process excellence culture Design Customize and deploy Process Improvement framework for the engagement s by gathering requirements from stakeholdersDrive Certification program at the engagement level and participate in the training programs as trainersConduct in house training programs on Lean Six Sigma methodology YB and GBDrive Certification program at the engagement levelAnalyze structural feedback from the Stakeholders Support process owner to drive improvement plan for CSAT at orglevel analyze provide feedback and drive corrective and preventive actionsCreate Branding for Quality Organization Creating awareness by training and bringing visibility to quality initiatives in the engagement in order to drive Process Improvement cultureCreating process improvement case studies and socializing with teams on various success initiatives of engagement performancePreferred Skills:Quality->Quality Consulting
