Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HighRadius AMS (Application Management Services) Senior Consultant to provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization for HighRadius applications at our clients. The Senior Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for system administration, issue resolution, and business process improvements across the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) cycle.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with HighRadius modules (such as Cash Application, Collections, Credit, or Deductions), strong ERP integration knowledge, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and continuous value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support & Incident Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HighRadius AMS support.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform root-cause analysis and ensure permanent fixes are implemented.
• Work with seniors to analyze complex issues, perform RCA and provide resolution
• Coordinate with HighRadius product support when escalations are required.

• Enhancements & Configuration Management

• Manage system configurations, enhancements, and minor development requests.

• Support periodic upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new features.
• Document configuration changes and maintain version control.

• Integration & Process Optimization

• Ensure seamless integration of HighRadius with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Work with Finance/IT teams to streamline Invoice-to-Cash processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend best practices for process efficiency.
• Conduct performance tuning to optimize application speed and accuracy.

• Governance, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and financial controls.

• Track and report on AMS service metrics (incidents, SLAs, enhancements delivered).
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in system governance and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Professional certifications in ERP (SAP/Oracle), HighRadius, or related O2C/AR solutions.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with HighRadius (Collections, Cash App, Credit, Deductions, or related modules) maintenance roles / projects

• Exposure to automation, AI/RPA, or analytics within HighRadius.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience integrating HighRadius with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven ability in application support, incident management, and change management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
