Job Title: CMM Operator cum Quality Engineer

Location: Anandapur, Kolkata

Gross Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Duty Hours: 10 Hours per day

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect and verify dimensions of components as per drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of measurements.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Identify defects, deviations, and communicate findings with the production team for corrective actions.
• Assist in root cause analysis and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe handling of measuring instruments and equipment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a CMM Operator or in quality inspection.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement techniques.
• Familiar with various measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
