Job Title: Dynatrace & Splunk Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace and Splunk Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and teams. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training modules that enhance participants' skills in application performance monitoring (Dynatrace) and security/observability (Splunk).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on Dynatrace and Splunk (beginner to advanced levels).
  • Design and maintain training content, hands-on labs, and exercises.
  • Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Support learners with real-world case studies and project-based learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, problem analysis).
  • Strong expertise in Splunk (search queries, dashboards, reports, alerting, SIEM/SOAR is a plus).
  • Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate facilitator is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
  • Relevant certifications (Dynatrace Associate/Professional, Splunk Core Certified Power User/Admin) preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DevOps, Cloud Monitoring, Log Analytics, or Security Monitoring.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments with performance monitoring and security tools.
  • Ability to create customized training programs for different audiences.
