**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Plan and conduct workshops, webinars, and online courses on digital marketing tools and strategies.
- **Course Content Creation**:

- Develop and update digital marketing training materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and case studies.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of the audience (beginners, intermediate learners, or professionals).
- **Assess Learners’ Progress**:

- Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.
- Keep track of student performance and assist with individualized learning goals.
- **Stay Current with Trends**:
*
- Continuously update knowledge on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Share industry updates, new tools, and case studies with trainees to ensure they are always learning cutting-edge skills.
- **One-on-One and Group Coaching**:
*
- Offer one-on-one coaching to help learners with personal development and troubleshooting.
- Lead group discussions and Q&A sessions to address specific challenges faced by participants.
- **Client Interaction (for corporate training)**:
*
- Work with businesses to assess their training needs and design custom digital marketing programs tailored to their objectives.
- Help organizations implement effective digital marketing strategies and train their teams accordingly.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:
*
- Maintain records of training attendance and performance.
- Gather feedback from trainees to improve future sessions and enhance the learning experience.
- **Promote Digital Marketing Education**:
*
- Stay active on social media platforms to share insights and promote training offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote the training programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in teaching or training (either formal or informal).
- Ability to explain complex marketing concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with online learning platforms or delivering online training is a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is preferred.
**Desired Skills**:
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot digital marketing challenges.
- Passionate about educating and mentoring others.
- Comfortable with remote training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
