**Job Title**: Digital Marketing and Product Trainer

**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing and Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs on digital marketing strategies and product knowledge. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to educate diverse audiences. The trainer will create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to enhance the digital marketing capabilities and product understanding of internal teams and/or external clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Training**:

- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to different skill levels.
- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Analyze training needs, and adjust training to meet those needs.
- **Product Training**:

- Develop and deliver in-depth training on company products and services.
- Create product training documentation, guides, and tutorials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions from trainees.
- Gather and process product feedback, to help improve product training.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align training with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
- Track and report on training progress and results.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and strategies.
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Experience in creating training materials.
