Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

Leads a small team responsible for delivery of application support that includes maintenance, integration, and implementation of software applciations within the organization that align to the proper controls to support the production environment.Participates in overall team effort. Supports Production Services function and executes against strategic objectives or day to day responsibilities of their function Works with the other leads, supporting technology teams and customers to determine an understanding of the work and expectations required to be delivered by the team. Manages resources and assigns tasks to the team members. Assists team members in delivering outputs as needed. Prepares and distributes ad-hoc and scheduled reports. Uses a data driven approach to work with all stakeholders in order to bring about continuous process improvements, create plans to bridge process gaps, and produce data driven analyses to measure critical success factors and key performance indicators across relevant processes and services. Trains staff in technical tools and skills, as well as specific applications and their business functions to maximize their contribution to the team. Contributes to the achievement of team objectivesManages a small team of regional, directly reporting Production Services ICsModified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor's degree in computer science or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required6-8 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
