Job Overview:

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be the bridge between advanced AI/Robotics technologies and the customers real-world needs. Youll lead sales efforts, communicate value propositions effectively, and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Presentation & Communication Excellence

Deliver engaging, confident, and persuasive presentations.

Use visual storytelling and live demos to simplify complex AI/Robotics concepts.

2) Sales Strategy & Business Development

Identify new opportunities in AI, Robotics, and Automation domains.

Develop and execute effective sales plans to grow revenue.

3) Client Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and propose custom robotic solutions.

4) Technical Consultation & Demos

Explain technical solutions clearly and compellingly.

Conduct product demos, webinars, and client training sessions.

5) Proposal & Deal Closure

Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

6) Internal Collaboration & Market Outreach

Share client insights with engineering/product teams.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, AI, Robotics, Business, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in AI, Robotics, or Industrial Automation.

Technical Acumen: Understanding of AI, ML, IoT, and robotic technologies.

Sales Expertise: Proven ability to build pipelines, close deals, and grow client accounts.

Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Solution-Driven: Able to understand client pain points and provide tailored technical solutions.
