Job Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Convince and educate clients about our wide range of solar products — including solar street lights, solar rooftop systems, and solar power plants.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project team to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain daily sales records and submit regular progress reports to management.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).

  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Goal and target-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Basic knowledge of solar products and renewable energy systems will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech / Diploma / MBA in Marketing preferred).
