Job Purpose

The Quality & Product Coordination Executive will support quality assurance, supplier management, and product coordination functions to ensure compliance with EU regulations and internal quality standards. The role involves managing sampling, testing, documentation, supplier quality records, and procurement support, while contributing to process improvements across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Coordination

·      Manage product sampling, testing, approvals, and lab coordination.

·      Maintain analysis records and ensure adherence to EU food regulations.

·      Coordinate communication between suppliers, labs, and internal teams.

Quality & Supplier Management

·      Track product feedback, record complaints, and escalate food safety and quality concerns.

·      Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) records, follow up closures, and review effectiveness.

·      Facilitate debit note creation for supplier-related quality claims.

Document & Record Management

·      Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality test plans.

·      Develop and maintain product specifications for consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food ingredients, and new products.

Regulatory Compliance

·      Monitor RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) alerts and share with all stakeholders.

·      Analyze EU regulations for applicability to business operations.

Procurement & Vendor Support

·      Manage vendor-related processes through SAP: invoice verification, purchase requisitions, and service entries.

·      Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate third-party vendor transactions.

Qualification & Experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

· years of experience in quality assurance, supplier management, or regulatory compliance (preferably in food/agri-ingredients).

·      Knowledge of EU Organic food safety regulations and compliance requirements.

·      Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.

·      Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and communication.
