About Us : We JK Medical has been passionately involved in developing, manufacturing and marketing respiratory & critical care products such as spirometry filters. we also import & market exclusively Lawton & Micromed surgical instruments, NDD spirometers / PFTs, Bionet range of ECG machine, Bedside monitors, Pulse oximeter & Fetal monitors, and PARI nebulizers in India.

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality of our medical equipment products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-line inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and visual appearance
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure finished products are free of defects, properly labeled, and ready for shipment.
  • Inspect incoming materials and components for quality and compliance.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct final inspections of finished products before shipment.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify defects and work with production teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
