  • Testing and inspection:

Perform tests, inspections, and evaluations on raw materials, products in progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.

  • Data analysis:

Analyze test results and other data to identify quality trends, defects, and root causes.

  • Problem-solving:

Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.

  • Documentation and reporting:

Keep accurate records of all tests and inspections, prepare detailed reports, and maintain all relevant documentation.

  • Process improvement:

Recommend and help implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent defects and enhance overall quality.

  • Compliance:

Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
