Job Title: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Location: Bangalore
Experience-2+ Years
Industry -Non IT hiring(US Healthcare Only)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Conduct headhunting activities to identify and attract top talent for critical and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize job portals and other sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for the organization's culture and role requirements.
Maintain and manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications:
4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Strong headhunting skills and experience in leadership hiring.

Excellent interview and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.

Proficiency in using job portals and other sourcing tools.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
