Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer with strong expertise in React to design, develop, and deploy
scalable applications, and deliver clean, modern, and visually appealing UI/UX for web applications. The ideal
candidate will be highly proficient in front-end development, with hands-on experience leading and mentoring
multiple UI teams. The role requires expertise in responsive web design and in creating/working with wireframes and
prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, or related tools. Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Java
Backend, and CI/CD tools is a plus and will be considered an advantage. The candidate should also be willing to work
on Java and develop APIs for UI services to facilitate seamless integration between the front-end and back-end
systems.

Education Criteria:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Level:

• 7+ years of proven experience in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on React, HTML and
responsive user interface design.

Technical Skills (Essential):

• Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices.

• 7+ years of proven experience in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on HTML, React, and
responsive user interface design. Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, modern, and visually appealing
UI/UX for web applications.

• Solid experience in building wireframes and prototypes using Adobe XD, Figma, or related tools.

• Advanced expertise in utilizing animation and transition libraries such as Motion (formerly Framer
Motion) to deliver smooth and engaging UI experiences.

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events (SSE) for building efficient, real-time
applications.

• Familiar with clean code architectures as well as other architectural styles and design patterns, for
structuring scalable and maintainable applications.

• Test automation frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito.

• Strong skills in debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving, ensuring robust and efficient
frontend applications.

Job Description
Technical Skills (Desirable):

• Experience with Spring Java and cloud technologies, particularly Azure—including Azure Kubernetes
Services and Azure App Services—is highly regarded.

• Proficient in Docker/containerization and other DevOps workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using React.

• Collaborate in integrating front-end components with back-end services for optimal performance and
efficiency.

• Develop reusable UI components and ensure interfaces are responsive, accessible, and visually
appealing.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and adhere to secure, clean coding practices.

• Design wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or related platforms.

• Coordinate with UI/UX and marketing teams to standardize and maintain style guides across projects.

• Work closely with QA and product teams to define, clarify, and refine technical requirements.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.

• Manage and support application deployments to cloud environments, with preference for Azure.

• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to best practices, code reviews, and design
discussions.

• Collaborate and engage in technical discussions with architects, developers and other stakeholders to
ensure effective team delivery and architectural alignment.

• Willing to contribute to the Java Backend development to help achieve project objectives and
requirements.
