Job Description: HR head(Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement) male preferred
Experience : 7 years
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in finance, operations, risk management, sales, and customer service.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management to address queries, conflicts, and grievances.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities to monitor workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and organizational values.
- Travel across company branches to interact with employees, conduct HR audits, resolve issues, and strengthen engagement at the ground level.
Performance Management
- Drive and oversee the performance appraisal process, aligning it with company goals.
- Support managers with effective feedback delivery, coaching, and goal-setting practices.
- Identify employee training and development needs, recommending relevant programs.
- Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees and monitor progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Willingness to travel frequently to company branches as part of the role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and employees at all levels.
