Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata metropolitan area for a Team Lead – Web Development. The Team Lead will oversee daily web development tasks, manage a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications. Responsibilities include coordinating development projects, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. The Team Lead is expected to work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Web Applications
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Development
  • Experience in general Software Development practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Kolkata
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum Experience :8-10 years
  • Salary shall be as per Industry standards
  • Should have managed multiple projects
