Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dharamkot, Dharamshala for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, including cleaning rooms and common areas, handling laundry services, and managing supplies. Additionally, the role involves ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests by addressing their needs and maintaining high hospitality standards. Collaboration with team members for smooth operations and occasional training tasks may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laundry services and managing related tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills to manage housekeeping priorities and maintain cleanliness
• Capability to provide training for new staff or team members as needed
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
