Role: Content Marketing LeadType: Full-timeExperience: 3-5 yearsLocation- BengaluruRole: We are seeking a Senior Content Marketer Lead with 5 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS company. This is a remote but full-time role. You will be responsible for creating content marketing strategies and assets that will differentiate us from the crowd.
Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor a high-performing content marketing team of 4-5 members. Drive strategic content initiatives by aligning team efforts with overall business objectives. Brainstorm with senior leadership on product launches and GTM strategies.
Liaise effectively with design, sales, and product teams to ensure content alignment and support business goals. Content Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound content strategy that generates predictable lead flow and drives conversions. Strategically plan and optimize website content to enhance user experience and improve search engine rankings.
Create and build strategic content assets that resonate with target personas and support brand positioning. Conduct in-depth persona analysis to tailor content and messaging for maximum impact. Strategize and optimize content for visibility on emerging Gen AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
Collaborate with the PR team to ideate compelling story ideas and secure media placements for company spokespersons. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes. SEO and Analytics:Conduct comprehensive keyword research for new products and brand initiatives to maximize organic reach.
Optimize existing website content and rank for business-critical keywords to drive targeted traffic. Monitor and analyze organic and referral traffic, providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and actionable insights. Utilize advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to drive data-driven decisions and optimize content performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, ChatGPT, Canva, Clarity, and similar tools. Demonstrated expertise in building and managing successful inbound content engine. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to conduct keyword research, plan and analyze content according to personas. Communicate easily with the leadership team and cross-functional teams.
