Summary
The primary goal of this role is to lead and manage large-scale ERP, HRIS, and Payroll implementation projects within multi-geography organizations, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale ERP / HRIS / Payroll implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Oversee technical integration between HR/HCM and Payroll modules.
  • Ensure smooth delivery across India + Europe time zones.
  • Handle stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Manage multi-country teams, project timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee budget planning, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, payroll compliance, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years in IT or Business Project Management with large ERP programs.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll systems, and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Workday).
  • End-to-end payroll implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience integrating HR/HCM modules with Payroll systems in ERP.
  • Experience managing projects for 5,000+ employees in multi-geography operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Expertise in budget forecasting and vendor management.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification (any one is mandatory).
  • Must be based in Noida or Chennai and support India + Europe time zones.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance.
