Amazon Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and A+ content)
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback
  • Handle order fulfillment, returns, and customer service issues
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts or overages
  • Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies to improve product visibility and rankings
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
  • Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and resolve account or listing issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and logistics) to support overall sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (experience is a must)
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace rules, algorithms, and advertising tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency with Amazon tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
