Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our healthcare technology team. This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, compliant healthcare applications that improve patient care and streamline clinical workflows. You'll work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable healthcare applications using .NET Core MVC and RESTful APIs
• Build and maintain secure API endpoints for electronic health records (EHR), patient portals, and clinical management systems
• Implement robust business logic using C# with a focus on healthcare data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Optimize MySQL databases for healthcare data storage, ensuring efficient query performance for patient records and clinical data
• Develop integration solutions with third-party healthcare systems (HL7, FHIR standards)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and audit logging to meet HIPAA security requirements

Frontend Development

• Create responsive, accessible user interfaces for healthcare providers and patients using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
• Develop interactive features with JavaScript and jQuery for improved clinical workflows
• Build modern single-page applications (SPAs) using for complex healthcare dashboards and data visualization
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for patient-facing applications
• Implement user-friendly forms and validation for medical data entry

Cross-Platform Development

• Develop mobile healthcare applications using .NET MAUI for iOS and Android platforms
• Create unified codebases that work seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices
• Build patient engagement apps, telehealth solutions, and provider tools using C# and XAML

API Integration & Development

• Design and document RESTful APIs following healthcare interoperability standards
• Implement secure API authentication and data encryption for protected health information (PHI)
• Integrate with external healthcare APIs, insurance systems, and laboratory information systems
• Perform API testing and ensure reliable data exchange between systems

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development (specifically .NET Core)
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core MVC, and .NET Core API development
• Solid experience with MySQL database design, optimization, and query writing
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap for responsive web development
• Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery for client-side programming
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verb usage
• Knowledge of .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile development
• Familiarity with for building component-based applications (preferred)

Healthcare Technology Experience

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare data security
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare workflows preferred

Professional Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, critical in healthcare applications
