Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development (backend + frontend).
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Framework (4.x) using C#, and hands-on expertise in .NET Core applications including deployment in Linux-based environments.
  • Expertise in API design and development of RESTful services and microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular / React /
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, relational database design, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design/architectural patterns.
  • Experience writing reusable libraries and implementing best practices.
  • Familiarity with CLR (Common Language Runtime), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
  • Strong in SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests (NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine, Jest, Playwright).
  • Proficient understanding of Git and modern version control workflows.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and project ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full stack development efforts across backend (.NET Core, .NET Framework, C#) and frontend (React/Angular).
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, aligning with long-term business needs.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Linux environments and across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Define and implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.
  • Ensure data security, performance optimization, and efficient handling of large datasets.
  • Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption for continuous improvement.
