About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing logistics company seeking a seasoned telemarketing professional to join our sales team. Our goal is to connect with businesses across Australia, offering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive with at least 10 years of calling experience
, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. This is a
sales-focused role
requiring proactive engagement with prospective and existing Australian clients to generate leads and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients across Australia.

·       Introduce and promote company services, addressing client queries and objections.

·       Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and client details in CRM systems.

·       Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.

·       Achieve or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 10 years of telemarketing or sales calling experience

·       Comfortable starting work at 3:00 AM IST
to manage early-morning schedules.

·       Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·       Experience in the
logistics industry
is preferred but not mandatory.

·       Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

·       Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
