Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on scaling Hashtagsteel's digital footprint and driving measurable business growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution across digital channels, manage paid and organic campaigns, and work closely with creative, tech, and sales teams to generate quality leads and brand engagement. The ideal candidate should be both data-savvy and creatively inclined - capable of translating insights into impactful campaigns that will continue to position Hashtagsteel as India's leading steel e-marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Performance marketing, SEO, Social media, WhatsApp and Email campaigns.

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive qualified B2B leads.

  • Oversee content marketing initiatives - blogs, social posts, and video campaigns - aligned with brand goals.

  • Analyze website traffic, lead funnels, and campaign ROI using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on data insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, and tech) to ensure marketing initiatives deliver business impact.

  • Manage social media presence to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and trust.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including lead generation and social media campaigns.

  • Proven ability to deliver data-driven marketing results and achieve measurable ROI.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools.

  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
