JOB DESCRIPTION

Skill\: Performance Tester

Role / Tier\: Senior Consultant-QA / Tier 2

Key responsibility:

Take ownership of providing performance analysis and engineering support to new productsContribute to development of Performance Engineering Automation and Reporting frameworkContribute to performance engineering process, procedures and standardsSupport development groups with performance engineering knowledge transfer and trainingWork collaboratively with fellow Performance Engineers and Developers to successfully deliver products on timeWork effectively with geographically separated development teams on multiple separate productsImplement test cases and monitor ongoing testing results to provide feedback to Development teamsReport and track defects, communicating them to the greater team to assess a product's quality for release 

Qualifications

Experience with performance frameworks like JMeter, LoadRunner, LoadUI or NeoLoad, Grafana, New RelicExperience working with relational data bases (Postgres/MySQL)Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux development environmentApplication or System benchmarking and analysisExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent inter-personal and teamwork skillsStrong problem solving, troubleshooting, & analysis skills
