Role Overview

The AI Engineer – Autonomous Agents will be responsible for developing and deploying intelligent agents capable of handling complex tasks in research, content creation, and business automation. This role requires expertise in large language model (LLM) systems, advanced retrieval methods, and scalable AI workflow deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents for research, content creation, and business automation use cases.
  • Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and secure tool integrations.
  • Optimize AI agent performance, cost, and reliability for production environments.
  • Deploy production-ready AI workflows, APIs, and integrations to cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven work on LLM-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
  • Strong skills in debugging, optimization, and AI system scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building multi-agent systems or agent orchestration pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
  • Contributions to AI open-source projects.
  • Background in AI evaluation methodologies and benchmarking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
