Role Overview
We are seeking talented
AI Engineers
to lead the design, development, and delivery of
LLM-powered, agentic AI solutions
with robust
Retrieval-Augmentation-Generation (RAG) pipelines
and cutting-edge
prompt engineering
practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generative AI & RAG Development: Design, implement, and optimize RAG architectures (Retrieval, Augmentation, Generation) for production use cases.
  • LLM API Integration: Integrate and fine-tune large language model APIs (OpenAI, FILxGPT, etc.) for scalable, low-latency services.
  • Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine high-impact prompts, chains, and templates to optimize LLM outputs.
  • Agentic Workflow Orchestration: Architect AI agents that combine retrieval, LLM generation, and external tool integrations.
  • End-to-End AI Pipelines: Build systems covering data ingestion, embedding/indexing, hybrid retrieval, grounded generation, and result delivery.
  • Model Governance & Compliance: Implement model versioning, monitoring, bias detection, and security audits.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with product teams, guide junior developers, and ensure AI best practices across projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • 4–9 years in AI/ML engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years building LLM or agentic AI systems in production.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG architectures.

  • Proficiency in Python and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership and mentorship experience for Senior Developer roles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-modal AI systems (text, image, speech).
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
