Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Medicine Critical Care Specialist for a full-time position at our Azamgarh location. This junior-level role requires candidates to have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in patient care, working within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid ability in patient assessment (Mandatory skill) to evaluate the medical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Expertise in airway management (Mandatory skill) ensuring proper ventilation and oxygenation for critically ill patients.
• Proficiency in performing critical care procedures (Mandatory skill) to provide life-saving interventions.
• Thorough understanding of hemodynamic monitoring to assess and optimize cardiovascular function efficiently.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation to support patients with respiratory failure or distress.
• Adept at emergency response for rapid and effective management of life-threatening situations.
• Strong skills in multidisciplinary teamwork to collaborate with various healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Keen attention to detail in clinical documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to critically ill patients including comprehensive assessment and diagnostic testing.
• Manage ICU procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards for optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care plans.
• Manage airway emergencies and provide advanced cardiac life support as needed.
• Continuously monitor patient vitals and adjust treatment plans accordingly to manage complex critical illnesses.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the clinical information system for record accuracy.
