The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the health and well-being of patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, emotional, and psychological aspects.
- **Care Planning**: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and preferences.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care measures.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond effectively to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring quality and safety in patient care.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
- **Licensure**: Current RN license in [State].
- **Experience**: [2 years] of clinical experience preferred; experience in [specific department or specialty] a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical assessment skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and compassion for patient care.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
