Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client agreements.
  • Participate in promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Plus Two (12th) or Graduation in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
