Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Certification

Reports to: Area Sales Manager – Certification

Purpose:

Responsible for sales and marketing of Certification (CER) products — mainly QHSE and related services — within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with BV's Quality, Ethics, and Group policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client processes to prepare accurate quotations and manage the full certification cycle.
  • Achieve sales targets for new, recertification, training, and new CER products.
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports and entries in SalesForce.
  • Network with consultants and expand the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with BV HSE rules and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.

KPIs:

  • Achieve sales targets and proposal growth.
  • Diversify product sales and retain clients.
  • Improve manday rate and ensure timely ARAMIS updates.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Engineering preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a certification body.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Go-to-market attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Positive, professional, and people-oriented personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
